    • Developing scientific presentations in partnership with the PI.

  3. Planning events, including team retreats and annual scientific conferences such as the Promoting Research in Social Media (PRISM) Symposium.

  4. Supporting the PI by managing the lab’s administrative operations. This includes:

    • Managing the PI’s calendar, including booking travel arrangements

    • Drafting and editing correspondence

    • Actively updating the PI’s biosketch, curriculum vitae, and publication list

    • Submitting expense reports

    • When possible, developing policies and procedures to ensure that the lab’s operations, including its file and project management systems, collaboration tools, and dissemination activities run smoothly and efficiently.

  5. Contributing to the lab’s online presence, including developing content and monitoring its social media accounts and website.

Flexibility and willingness to adapt to the evolving needs of the program are essential for success in this position.
